La Negrita – Refund & Returns Policy

At La Negrita, we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food. Due to the nature of prepared food items, we have the following policy in place.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are freshly prepared, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been served or picked up.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect item was provided compared to the order placed
  • The item was missing from your order
  • A preparation error occurred on our part (wrong protein, missing ingredients, etc.)

Time Frame for Issues

All issues must be reported before leaving the truck or within 15 minutes of pickup. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

What We Will Do

If an issue qualifies:

  • We will remake the item, or
  • Offer a store credit, or
  • Issue a refund at management’s discretion

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste preferences or spice level preferences
  • Failure to read menu descriptions
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Items that have been partially or fully consumed

Cash Transactions

For cash payments, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued as store credit only.
